Rooted in Balance provides a simplified approach to transitioning to a plant-based lifestyle. Navigating changes, especially dietary transitions, can be challenging alone, so we strive to provide a safe space offering guidance without judgment. A balanced diet can also promote a balanced mindset during a school or workday to eliminate or minimize fatigue and being unproductive.

Finding balance is key to changing mindsets and relationships with food. The primary focus is to teach others to become aware of their bodies and how to live a plant-based lifestyle on their terms. Rooted in Balance offers one-on-one coaching services, meal planning, cooking classes, and a transition program to support client goals. 

Life has a funny way of slowing you down and investing in one’s balance could easily have you stepping into an unknown.

Meal Planning & Cooking Classes

Individuals interested in learning how to dinner differently and learn how to apply different changes to everyday recipes and ingredients can gradually make changes with the assistance of our in-house consultant.

Investing in one’s balance can be requested on an as needed virtual basis with our in-house consultant to discuss what if any changes can be made to your daily lifestyles and/or meals.
